Responsibilities = teaching (undergraduate and postgraduate) of human nutrition, and research in the Functional Food Centre.
You should have a PhD in human nutrition (or closely-related discipline), previous experience of tertiary teaching and (preferably) project supervision is desirable, good research track record

University of South Australia: Lectureship in Nutrition (level B) AND Lectureship in Dietetics (level C),

These are teaching and research positions in the School of Pharmacy and Medical Sciences. The University is expanding teaching and research in clinical nutrition and dietetics, community and public health, and human nutrition with a growing number of research active staff in these disciplines. The School has excellent research facilities and contributes to the multidisciplinary research themes of the Sansom Institute for Health Research (SIHR).

The lectureship in Nutrition is a 3 year contract, to develop, deliver and coordinate courses in the undergraduate Nutrition and Food Sciences program and enhance the research profile of the School through collaborative research. You will have a PhD and a strong research record in a relevant food science area and experience in the nutrition arena.

The lectureship in Dietetics is a continuing position, to assist with the development, coordination and delivery of the new program Master of Dietetics program being launched in 2011. You need to be an accredited dietitian with the capacity to enhance the research profile of the School through collaborative research.
